EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. The program package is "try-before-you-buy" software. Unregistered copy of the program package can be only used for evaluation purposes during the 30-day trial period. Registration gives you the right to use the program package after the 30-day trial period, receive technical support and use features available only for registered users. Before the expiration of the 30-day trial period you must either register your copy of the program or stop using it. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the program on one computer at a time. The program package may not be rented, leased or transferred.

2. Installation and use of the software requires that you agree to the following conditions: Trying out the software is free, but if you use it for more than 30 days then registering is required. Commercial users of the software must register and pay for their copies within 90 days of first use or their license is withdrawn. Site License arrangements may be made by contacting software vendor.

3. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DUE TO THE VARIETY OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THE SOFTWARE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE AUTHOR AND PUBLISHER ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ALLEGED, OR ACTUAL DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS PROGRAM.

4. You are invited to make copies and distribute the unregistered software version to anyone who may be interested. All distributed copies of the software must contain the unaltered and complete set of files.

5. Distribution of the registered version of the program is NOT allowed. Registration is for a single user on a single machine. For more information on the software contact software vendor.

6. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to software vendor.

7. This is the entire agreement between you and software vendor which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
